Concord Connections Coalition

The Concord Connections Coalition (CCC) brings together service providers, educators, and community partners to strengthen communication, coordination, and resource sharing for children and families in the Capital Area.

Who We Are

Concord Connections is a long-standing, grassroots coalition that has convened for over a decade through shared leadership from community partners, with coordination support from the Capital Area Public Health Network (CAPHN).

The coalition serves as a broad, relationship-focused space for organizations working with children and families to connect, learn from one another, and stay informed about available resources and supports.

What We Do

Concord Connections provides a welcoming forum for partners to build relationships and share information. The coalition:
Shares updates on programs, services, and community resources
Builds connections across organizations serving children and families
Creates opportunities for collaboration and shared learning
Helps partners stay informed about regional initiatives and supports
Concord Connections focuses on strengthening provider relationships so organizations are better positioned to support families in navigating resources and accessing services.

WHY THIS WORK MATTERS

Families often interact with multiple systems when seeking support. Strong relationships and communication among providers help reduce barriers, improve coordination, and create a more connected network of support for children and caregivers.

MEETING INFORMATION

Concord Connections meets on the second Tuesday of every month from 12:00–1:00 PM. Meetings are open to community partners and typically include partner updates, resource sharing, and discussion of emerging needs.

GET INVOLVED

Concord Connections welcomes educators, healthcare providers, early childhood professionals, family-serving organizations, nonprofit partners, and community members who support children and families in the Capital Area.
