Early Childhood Regional Team
The Capital Area Early Childhood Regional Team serves as the workgroup responsible for advancing the Early Childhood priority area of the Capital Area Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). The team brings together partners from across sectors to coordinate strategies, review data, identify system gaps, and strengthen supports for young children and families across the region.
Members represent early care and education, healthcare, home visiting, family resource centers, behavioral health, and other child- and family-serving organizations working collaboratively to improve outcomes for children and families in the Capital Area.

Concord Connections Coalition
The Concord Connections Coalition (CCC) brings together service providers, educators, and community partners to strengthen communication, coordination, and resource sharing for children and families in the Capital Area.
